Driving Lessons and Driving Tests suspended.

Unfortunately, the Government has announced that all driving lessons and driving tests are suspended from Thursday 5th November until 2nd December. We will be resuming lessons on Thursday 3rd December. Our customer service team will remain working during this period and the phones will be operational as normal. Our Head Office in Leicester will be closed to the public during this period and will re-open on 3rd December. We are expecting a very high volume of calls and the team are working from home so there may be some delay in answering. You can also email support@acclaimdriving.com with any enquiries.

What about my driving test?

If you have a driving test booked between 5th November and the 2nd December, the DVSA will be in touch with a re-scheduled date. Please keep us updated on any changes that the DVSA make to your test booking.

Can I book lessons now for when the lockdown is over?

Absolutely, book now to ensure instructor availability in December and January. Demand is very high so it is best to secure your slot early. You can book by logging into your account or by calling the team on 0116 286 5577 or 0800 838 440

What about Theory Tests?

All theory tests will be suspended during the lockdown period. The DVSA will email everyone with a test booked in England to advise that the test has been put on hold and it will need to be re-scheduled. If we booked your theory test for you then we will be in touch to re-schedule.

What about lessons and tests for keyworkers?

Currently, all tests and lessons are cancelled and there are no special arrangements for keyworkers as there were in the first lockdown. If there are any updates, this post will be amended.
